The picanha steak is one of the most flavorful cuts.Â Â It is named from traditional Brazilian barbeque where they are sliced, skewered, and grilled overÂ a charcoal cooker. You can grill, barbeque, or roast whole after bringing it to room temperature.Â Â This steak is also great for cast iron pan frying.Â Â
