The Blade Eye is a great cut sourced from the Chuck primal are known for its rich, intense beefy flavor. This cut can be braised, grilled, broiled, or stir-fried, the excellent taste and wonderful tender texture of our Blade Eye steaks make every recipe even better! Often overlooked, this beef cut is flavorful and economical.
