A wagyu tri-tip steak is rich in flavour with a bold beefy taste. It has dense marbling giving it superior tenderness compared to regular tri-tips. Try it by itself or add it to your favourite steak recipes like tacos, fajitas, or sandwiches. Best enjoyed medium rare over high heat; serve sliced against the grain for extra tenderness.
